Mid-October we race the French Cup 1/10 EP TC. This year the race was held in Poissy near Paris. Due to very bad weather forecast, many drivers did not show up. And as expected the week end has been very rainy.

Practicing RC cars in such condition is very intensive: after each run you have to dry the whole car and to check your motor, sensor and bearings to re-oil them. Fortunately, I didn't have any electronic issues. But some drivers had to change speedo, receiver or motor. Every driver has a different approach to a protection against rain and water:
- The sealed box that protects electronics, but the motor and battery is exposed to water
- The under/over lexan cover that protects the whole car, but not as good as a box
- The cleaning gum, easy to put on and remove
It's hard to say which one is the best.

I removed anti-roll bar, soften shock springs and chassis, increased a bit chassis flex and increased droop.
The most courageous drivers put their cars on the track also for third qualification on saturday afternoon. Julien Jost qualified 1st with his XRAY T3'12 in stock, followed by Olivier Pierrat and Anthony Rollier. And in modified, winning the 4 qualifications C. N'Diaye took the lead, followed by the 2 XRAYs - M. Rascol and J. Limoges.

In the stock finals J. Jost encountered motor problems and was not able to do any better than 3rd, O. Pierrat took the win followed by A. Rollier. In modified, J. Limoges won the first final, the local driver Y. Garbin the second one, and C. N'Diaye the third. So with 3 different winners the final positions were very close and J. Limoges got the overall victory.
